General Meeting – 13th February 2018
We have been putting together a grant application to buy new boats. If this is successful the project will add some much-needed capacity to our fleet with some mid stability racing boats and replacing the open canoes we returned when the 4As group closed.
We have been advised that some changes were needed to keep our rules in line with current best practice. In reviewing the Rules the committee felt that more changes were required.
As this is our governing document changes to the Rules require us to hold a general meeting of the club and to seek your agreement for each and every change. The meeting will be held in the club on 13th February 2018 at 19:00.
Please find attached a copy of the proposed changes. Copies of the current rules can be found in full in the Kitchen of the club and on the website.
