Event Description

This is a British Canoeing West Midlands regional event, and there's a charge of £5 per person.

It'll be an early start as we have to be guided through the first tunnel. We need to be getting on the water at the Dudley Canal Trust visitor centre (DY1 4SB) at 8:30, so meet at the club at 7. Please leave your faffing hats at home.

Everyone will need to bring a whistle and a head torch (check the batteries, half the route is underground!). If you need to borrow one then let me know, I might be able to find you a spare. It's an 8 mile paddle on flat canals, so one to do as a double in a canadian or a longish kayak.

We should be finished around lunch time, but it's probably a good idea to bring some food with you just in case. If you have any other questions then let me know.
